Discovery Tours to Calabria, Southern Italy
• Calabrian Property offer a FREE Discovery Tour once in Italy. We cover the cost of the transfers, hotel, some evening meals, trips to our developments and the beautiful surrounding towns and villages.
• Cost of Discovery Tour – Clients need only pay for their flights and a refund of flight costs is offered for those who find their dream home and purchase through us!
All of our clients will have the time needed to see our various projects, the region and taste some of the best in Italian cuisine. We offer advice on all the properties and the buying process and will be happy to introduce (upon request) Solicitors and Brokers who can help with any further questions.
All of our trips are on a one to one basis and tailored to meet individuals specific requirements. Therefore the following is just a general outline of what can be expected.
Day 1
Arrive in Calabria
You are collected from the airport and taken to your hotel.
The Hotel will be a 4 Star Hotel in the Calabria Region.
Depending on the time you arrive you can either relax in the Sun or be taken to see some of the area.
Meet up for Dinner at approx 8pm
Day 2
After breakfast meet up in the hotel reception at 10am for 10:15 departure
Look at the developments and the properties in the local area.
Lunch
Continue to look at the rest of the developments and sites
Q & A Session in the hotel reception
Day 3
After breakfast meet up in the hotel reception
Look at the developments and the properties in the local area.
Lunch
Either a free afternoon enjoying the sun or meetings with requested Solicitors
Final Q & A Session in the hotel reception
Day 4
Depart the Hotel to the Airport
Return Flight
